Amy is a Washington native, and completed her 200 hour YTT in Costa Rica. She considers herself an eternal student, and views the practice of yoga as a great tool to discover deeper layers of truth.
Amy teaches from the heart space. She recognizes her students as individuals and promotes an environment for healing and self awareness. Her classes usually include guided meditation. Pairing breath with movement allows each person to strengthen awareness of sensations and energy flow in their bodies. She encourages a gentle practice that nourishes and respects each bodies intelligence. Her goal is to help facilitate a space where students can respect and honor their bodies in each moment.
