Morning Rejuvenation & Flow Pilates Mat Class.
The Rejuvenation & Flow Pilates Mat Class is a wonderful way to unwind, calm your mind and reset your body after a long week. In this class, we will mainly be using the foam roller & a series of Flow Pilates exercises to stretch and release any tension your body may be carrying from your week. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and help you become more present with your own body!

Tuesday, 6:30-7:30p.m.
Pilates Flow Mat Class.
This Pilates Mat Class is a wonderful way to strengthen (or rehab) without struggle. The Pilates method uses foam rollers, Therabands, and Pilates Circles to build more core stability, greater strength, and range of motion.

Wednesday, 6:15-7:15a.m.
Rise & Shine Pilates Mat Class.
Come try out Wednesday morning mat class for a midweek recharge with Pilates flow, to revitalize your mind and body. #Pilatesismycoffee

Thursday, 12:00-1:00p.m.
Lunch Hour Pilates Mat Class.
