In the meantime, we welcome new and expecting mothers to try Thursday 5:45pm Basics / Gentle Yoga with Amanda. Amanda also teaches Saturday's 12:30pm prenatal yoga class (which runs through summer), and would love to guide you through a restorative practice that supports your needs.
Classes will resume starting Tuesday, September 5th!
