Pilates Mat Class

Group mixed-level Pilates Mat classes incorporate all traditional Mat work using props, such as foam rollers, resist-a-balls, Magic Circles, and Therabands. The focus is on cultivating core strength and stability, as well as the flexibility and articulation of the body. All are welcome to the mixed-level classes. We offer modifications for beginners as well as variations for more advanced students. 

Body Conditioning

This is a conditioning class based on the principles and practices of Pilates, yoga and various release techniques that will cultivate strength and flexibility. Using the foundation concepts of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breathing, we will bring your body into greater balance and move towards more optimal functioning. We will focus on building core strength and creating better alignment and ease of movement. We will find greater balance from a muscular, postural, and neurological perspective.
