"I focus on empowering my patients, working in partnership with them to learn about their health in order to achieve and sustain their most vibrant picture of well-being. Health and wellness is a dynamic state that can be composed of many layers. By integrating western medical research and tools of eastern medicine, I am able to look at health from many angles. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers us tools to look at the body as a whole, treating not only the symptoms at hand, but also addressing patterns on constitutional, physical, emotional and spiritual level. I interweave these tools in acupuncture treatments to fully support the body's innate healing response. I utilize physical modalities such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy with acupuncture techniques, TCM nutritional education and Chinese herbal medicine. I honor the unique healing partnership between nature and the human body. I seek to celebrate each moment of life and support others on their journey to live joyfully."
