Jenna Walenga

Yoga Instructor

Jenna's journey as a yogi began in Cape Town, South Africa. While working with the Earthchild Project, in 2010, she saw the power of yoga and mindfulness to bring peace and calm in a chaotic world. Through experimenting with dance and yoga, she began to understand how freeing it is  to bring awareness into the body and out of the head. 

In 2014 she completed her 200-hr teacher training from YogaWorks.  Jenna enjoys yoga as a moving meditation practice.  She enjoys teaching Hatha and Vinyasa, and a hybrid of "Hatha Flow" which combines moving flow with an emphasis on detailed alignment and intelligent sequencing.

She shares a lineage with many of today’s inspiring yoga leaders, including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Kathryn Budig and is influenced by the work of Donna Farhi.  She is also leads iRest Yoga Nidra, which is a trauma-informed and approachable guided meditation, proven to improve anxiety, depression, pain, and PTSD.
