I stepped foot on the yoga path about seven years ago when I was diagnosed with Lupus. Through yoga I was able to increase my mobility as well as my overall well being. What originally started as a healthy outlet and a way to improve my physical health, quickly turned into my way of life. It wasn't long before I wanted to share this way of life with all who were also on their own yoga journey.
In the summer of 2017, I travelled to Bali, Indonesia where I received my 200hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Through my passion and nurturing spirit I strive to create an empowering and supportive environment for my students own personal exploration of the body, mind and spirit.
