Pam Grieff, E-RYT

Pam’s childhood studying dance and ice skating brought her to recognize a deep pull to the movement and discipline of the practice of Yoga. She pursued Yoga as a personal reflection of the desire to integrate mind and body. After leaving her hometown of Seattle to ski, hike, and meditate in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, she found Yoga bliss practicing with a Kripalu-trained teacher in a studio looking out toward the snow-capped peaks of Telluride.

After returning to Seattle and practicing with many amazing teachers at The Yoga Studio in Magnolia, Pam was inspired to complete the studio's teacher training program under the beautiful guidance of master teachers.

Pam loves the practice and study of Yoga, exploring the influences of traditional Yogic masters and modern teachers. Her classes focus on cultivating body awareness, deeply connecting with the blissful mind, expansion of our natural energies, and guiding students to more fully discover their own personal Yoga. She feels grateful to explore a simpler and richer way of living through the universal gift of Yoga.

Pam also studies the ancient healing science of Ayurveda and received a certification in Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling from Kerala Ayurveda Academy (Seattle) in 2010.
