Who We Are
Kula means "community", or "community with intention". The word originates from Hawaii, the Pacific Islands, as well as from India. Together, 'Kula Movement' means a community movement of health, consciousness, and compassion.
Kula Movement was established in 2008, by sisters Angela DiMario and Jill Baumgardner. It was created as a hub for people to join in Yoga, Health & Wellness. The current owner, Kelvin, is dedicated to continuing to build community, health, wellness and healing on top of Kula’s stellar foundation.
We believe that integrated wellness services provide the maximum health benefits. We welcome persons of all ages and physical ability to discover their own radiant vitality through individually tailored yoga practices complemented by our highly skilled health practitioners. Kula means community and through these vital practices, together, we create a greater movement toward health and consciousness.
