Whether you're still working your inversions on the wall or you're holding them in the middle of the room, there's something in this workshop to help boost your love and endurance of handstands safely and efficiently. In this workshop we will explore extensive core exercises, build on trust and balance, work on alignment based inversions, presses and mounts to handstand, spotting, as well as the use of props, partners and more! Must have 6 months of practice and a willingness to play upside down!
AcroYoga Elemental Workshop
Elemental AcroYoga Workshop - The Base-ics: An immersive introduction to the full spectrum of the AcroYoga practice in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
