In this first Wellness Warriors workshop, Kula Movement natives Jenn and Jess guide you on a journey of discovering connections between what you eat and how you feel.

Gentle yoga poses and relaxing breath-work calm the body and mind, preparing you for an engaging session about food and how it can help your various moods. We’ll enjoy delicious bites throughout the experience and end with a guided relaxation so you can navigate life with grace and ease.
