A Gentle, Restorative Practice
Relax, release, and soothe your body and mind in a peaceful space. In this extended class, Emily will offer restorative yoga and mindfulness practices to honor your heart and soul as an act of love and nurturance.
Attend with a partner, group of friends, or as you are. All are welcome. All postures offered will be supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets.
By the end of this special practice, you will feel calm and serene.
