During this workshop we will explore the brain science behind Yoga Nidra or Psychic Sleep. We will be looking into how this practice works on the mind and body and discussing the health benefits derived from the regular practice of this form of yoga. We will address issues regarding insomnia, rest and relaxation, as well as the practices able to increase focus, sense of well-being and peace of mind. It is said that an hour of practicing Yoga Nidra is equal to four hours of deep sleep.
