This workshop combines the benefits of restorative & yin yoga with hands on massage for the ultimate self-care and relaxation experience.
It will include hands on massage from a licensed massage therapist, guided self-massage with the use of yoga massage balls, and hands-on adjustments, and reflexology from an additional yoga instructor - all the while relaxing in restorative yoga asanas.
It is one and a half hours long and has a limit of 8 students in each class, so you will have plenty of hands on massage time. There will be 2 teachers that will massage and adjust you in each pose.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill our massage forms and wear fitted clothing to receive the best massage from the massage therapist.
