Create + Meditate + Manifest with Restorative Yoga and Mala Beading

Malas have been used as traditional prayer beads for thousands of years. However, the modern mala has been adapted in meditation practices to guide a personal statement, prayer, or intention. We will begin our time together exploring the history, intuition, and modern uses of mala beads followed by a 30-minute restorative yoga practice and guided meditation. The next hour will be spent reflecting on personal intentions and creating your own personalized mala bead.
