This is a 2 hour workshop exploring the brain science behind Yoga Nidra or Psychic Sleep. We will be looking into how this practice works on the mind and body and the health benefits derived from the regular practice of this form of yoga. We will address issues regarding insomnia, rest, and relaxation as well as the practices able to increase focus, sense of well-being, and peace of mind. An hour of practicing Yoga Nidra is said to be equal to four hours of deep sleep.
