I will share the building blocks of my personal practice, offering tools you can take with you off the mat and into your daily life, including:
Embodied practice - breath work and movement
Shamatha - cultivation of attentional stability
Mindfulness - four foundations of mindfulness
My goal is to support you by sharing ways you can meet yourself wherever you are, and cultivate relaxation, vividness, and stability. You can expect to dive into an extended yin practices, a few briefs meditations and several mini lectures with ample opportunity for questions and group discussion.
