According to Ayurveda, we are right now in Kapha season — which runs from March to June. During this season we often can feel a bit slower, maybe a bit stuck and lethargic. This workshop will help us to move through these feelings of heaviness with a Kapha balancing yoga and pranayama practice. After our practice, we will join as group and enjoy a Kapha balancing meal with food and beverages that are specifically focused on nurturing and fueling each individual during this Kapha season.
