Prenatal Yoga

Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. We help you reconnect with this wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby.

The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.

Mom & Baby Yoga (2 weeks - early walkers)

Gentle yoga poses help both parent & baby to connect with breath, strength, and energy while deepening a sense of well being. The class is gentle, safe and individualized to meet your needs. Come when you feel ready.
Wednesdays 11:00 - 11:45am

Pre - Schoolers Yoga (ages 2 - 5)

Pre - Schoolers Yoga practices breath and yoga poses with music to explore creative expression and fun movement. Mondays 11:15 - 12:00pm
Thursdays 3:15 - 4:00pm

Kids Yoga (ages 6 - 9)

Kids Yoga is a safe and fun way to explore balance, breath, and creative movement. Through yoga poses, breath practice and music your kids will learn skills that will carry with them into adulthood.
Thursdays 4:15 - 5:00pm

Family Jam Yoga (all ages)

An open practice to breath, move, and stretch your body - mind with other families. Semi guided and open to all ages. Sundays 11:00 - 11:45am
