Welcome to our studio! We are delighted to have you and to support your practice in a way that brings healing, vitality, & embodied wisdom to your life, no matter what the circumstance. We support each individual in their own process and invite you to share with your teacher if you should have any injuries or ailments so we can better support your practice in an intelligent way.
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to ensure time for parking, paperwork and settling in. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and your own mat, unless you prefer to rent ours.
Offered once per month on the first weekend of each month: Saturday 2:00 - 4:00pm & Sunday 2:00 - 4:00pm.
Whether you're new to yoga, rehabilitating an injury, re-connecting to your practice, or simply deepening the quality of embodiment, we invite you to join!
Bring your injuries, ailments, questions and aspirations, and we'll divide class time between pose modifications, and an intro class where you'll explore Yoga with a deeper intelligence. Attendance at both days required as the series will build in material over the 2 days.
